#200 12/17/10 FANTASTIC GATE 2010 taped 12/5/10 Sapporo Teisen Hall

Osaka Dream & Brave Champion vs. Challengers Special Tag Match: Masato Yoshino & PAC vs. CIMA & Dragon Kid 16:54 of 22:52. The highlight reel material would be half as long as the match itself, and they managed to pull everything off. I was surprised at how well the two big flyers, Kid & PAC worked together. PAC was the one who was going all out to impress, hitting a swandive ace crusher followed by a standing shooting star press, a swandive firebird splash, a shooting star press, and so on. The really wild move though was when Dragon saved CIMA from PAC's avalanche style Frankensteiner by giving PAC a reverse Frankensteiner off the top. ***1/2

Hair vs. Hair Captain's Fall Tag Match: Kzy (c) & Yasushi Kanda vs. Kotoka (c) & BxB Hulk 16:24 of 20:41. I was hoping the stips would elevate the match, but it was very ordinary, and lacked any special effort or aura. The match was really only interesting when BxB was on offense. He was quite good, and Kotoka made a genuine effort, but he's so green he's very hit and miss. The rudos showed little ability, mainly brawling. *3/4

#201 12/24/10 taped 12/12/10 Nagoya

Yasushi Kanda & Takuya Sugawara & Kzy vs. CIMA & Dragon Kid & Ricochet 18:10

Open The Brave Gate Title Match: PAC vs. YAMATO 16:20 of 22:04. YAMATO did the right match to get PAC over as the new champion, setting him up for all sorts of great flying moves and being a nice base for them while making it seem as though he was trying to avoid PAC's spectacular offense. They worked a basic but effective match with YAMATO working PAC's knee to try to take away his majestic flips. PAC injured his when YAMATO avoided PAC's no touch turning body press then hit a kneecap dropkick and kneebreaker on the apron. YAMATO's knee attack was functional, providing structure and keeping the match going in between highlights, and PAC did a good job of bringing it back when he was on offense, hurting his knee when he hit a spinning savate and landed on his feet to counter a German suplex. Obviously, it was PAC's offense that people were watching for. I enjoyed the spot where YAMATO tried to back body drop him to the floor, but he landed on the apron and hit a slingshot Ace crusher then a shooting star attack to the floor. The shooting stars were the story of the match, but PAC hitting a shooting star enzuigiri then the 360 shooting star press for the win. ***1/4

#203 1/14/11 taped 12/21/10 Tokyo Korakuen Hall

Susumu Yokosuka & K-ness vs. Masaaki Mochizuki & Don Fujii 15:20 of 17:39. Solid story match with Susumu injuring Mochizuki's knee with a kneebreaker variation on the floor and working it over much of the match. Mochizuki tried to comeback with his kicks, but Susumu just Dragon screwed him into a figure 4. Mochizuki working much of the match was good, but as he was selling most of the way, we got to see the most sensational hot tag ever from Fujii, displaying his sparkling offense of the bodyslam, shoulderblock, and sumo love taps. Needless to say, the match was mostly interesting for Mochizuki vs. Susumu. K-ness. was no slouch, but it was Yokosuka's match so he played a secondary role. **1/2

Open The Twin Gate: Naruki Doi & Gamma vs. CIMA & Masato Yoshino 20:09

#204 1/21/11 taped 1/10/11 Nagoya Telepia Hall

YAMATO & Cyber Kong & KAGETORA vs. Masato Yoshino & B×B Hulk & K-ness 16:09

Genki Horiguchi vs. Naoki Tanizaki 12:41

Open The Twin Gate: Naruki Doi & Gamma vs. Masaaki Mochizuki & Don Fujii 16:40 of 18:45. A match can survive Gamma or Fujii, but both is simply not a good mix. Gamma wasn't taking it seriously, and Doi & Mochizuki didn't go crazy trying to save it. Doi worked Fujii's arm, which was fine well it lasted, but it didn't go too far. Gamma's big spot was standing on the middle rope while Doi held Fujii and drooling water on him. It's not a good thing when the highlight of the match comes from someone who isn't even a legal member, but Dr. Muscle's passable 450 splash was it. *3/4
