| They didn't have much of a bridge to the spots, and it turned into spot wrestling once they began doing them. The match got better as it went along, but it didn't even reach the expected level when Tanny wasn't in. 17:11. **1/4 Keith: Get rid of Tanny and then the match could've been elevated a bit. The stupid comedy bits that Miyaguchi followed with Tanny made me want to lock myself in my closet for a week. Watching Kuzumi and Tamura sell Tanny's headbutts was equally horrid. The problem with Tamura is that she tends to return to her AJW heritage and pull out three or so dropkicks without any meaning. Her work is usually good and she has a good move set, but she doesn't know how to make those moves meaningful. Again, you have to be a Toyota to pull that style off. At least JWP did another good job in focusing on their own girls by having the final come between Kuzumi and Miyaguchi. Michael: It seemed like they didn't really know what to do with each other due to the unfamiliarity. The video leading into this match focusing on Kuzumi and Tamura would've been better served had they had a singles match. Although they didn't gel that well as a team, I felt that they could have become a pretty good team if they had the opportunity to team more often. Tanny didn't drag the match down too much, but it wasn't as good as expected because it lacked continuity and sustained focused attacks.
