Juventud Guerrera (C) & Averno & Mephisto
vs.
Felino (C) & Brazo de Oro & Brazo de Platino

1) Match took off pretty quickly with Juvi and Felino having the best sequence, as Juvi bumped solid for him. Felino put away Mephisto with a Splash Mountain as Platino wrapped up Averno with a huracanrana for the stereo 3s.

2) Another fast fall here, as los rudos took out Platino with a triple basement dropkick followed by consecutive standing sentons for the pin. Oro was next, as Mephisto and Averno locked in standing armbars while Juvi stood up and posed on his shoulders for the tap.

3) Third fall started as a brawl including Felino threatening to break a glass bottle over Juvi's head as they went up one of the aisle ways. Match was over moments later, as Felino attempted another splash mountain, this time off the turnbuckles, which Juvi reversed into a huracanrana. He followed with a sharpshooter for the give-up, but the decision was almost reversed because he initially refused to let Felino out after the refs gave the wave off. OK match, but I was expecting more out of Guerrera and Felino than we got. 12:44

Ricky Marvin (C) & Volador Jr. & Virus
vs.
Zumbido (C) & Mr. Mexico & Loco Max

1) Really hot start with fast and furious action. Marvin caught Mexico with a crucifix as Virus quit Max to a surfboard stretch without the bridge used for the Romero special. Highlight of the fall was a great suicida by Volador that sent Zumbido far up the entry way.

2) Strong work by Virus here carrying Mexico to get the fall rolling. Mexico threw down some loud shots as well, which helped. Quick finish though as Marvin succumbed to a double backdrop by Mexico and Max followed by an elbow and pin by the wannabe bodybuilder.

3) Zumbido and company continued the beatdown to begin la tercera caida, but Marvin rallied the good guys with serious superkicks to all three rudos. Marvin then took off, including a handspring elbow and an inside-out slingshot moonsault to the floor on his opposing capitan. However, inside the ring Mexico and Max were able to put away Volador with a couple of elbow drops. Facing the same fate, Virus rallied to tap Mexico with a standing armbar then Max nearly killed himself catching his legs on the top rope while attempting a plancha. Great closing sequence with all kinds of coolness between the captains culminating with Zumbido putting away Marvin with a fishman's buster. Excellent when Marvin and Zumbido were involved leading into their amazing cabellera contra cabellera match a couple of weeks later. 15:28

Shocker (C) & Genetico & Terrible
vs.
Dr. Wagner Jr. (C) & Arkangel de la Muerte & Dr. X

1) Los Guapos got off to a quick start on Angel & X, but when Doc came in he wasn't tolerating anything from Terrible so Terrible tried to get a tag fast. Shocker and Genetico didn't comply so Doc took him out with a stiff kick to the head then Angel dropped him with a plancha. Shocker then came in and was powerbombed by Doc for a short 3.

2) Doc continued rolling here by kicking the hell out of Shocker before Shocker was able to send him outside and silence his violence with his running corner plancha. This led to Terrible tapping Angel to double chickenwing backbreaker and Genetico forcing the give up on X with standing sharpshooter and armbar combo.

3) Pacing regulated here as Shock y Doc let the other guys carry the body of this fall. Work was still good though, and when Shocker came in he and X chopped the holy hell out of each other. Shocker's first boot connected hard but his second missed, though he was able to hit a Ligerbomb for 2. Moments later a rana roll-up for 3 put Angel on the tree. Doc and Shock then finished it off with a loud sequence that culminated with Shocker dropping Wagner out of the ring then booting him off the apron. This allowed Terrible to put away X with some mule kick roll shambo that the refs didn't know. After the match, Doc slapped Terrible who tried to mock his royally cool pose. The other Guapos weren't thrilled with Terrible's shady tactics either since this was a few weeks before 1000%'s shocking heel turn. 13:41

Tarzan Boy (C) & Black Tiger & Blue Panther
vs.
Atlantis (C) & Brazo de Plata & Mr. Niebla

1) Prior to his being fired, Tarzan certainly took the crown from Shocker as far as having the hottest ring girls goes. Rudos rolled here with Brazo quickly jobbing to Tarzan following a leg drop and mock of Porky's big splash. This followed Niebla losing to a cool move where Panther picked him up by the legs and Tarzan y Tiger double dropkicked him.

2) Second verse started same as the first with Panther punking Atlantis in the ring while outside Tarzan and Tiger rolled over Plata and Niebla respectively. The route continued throughout until Niebla avoided a Tiger splash in the corner and stiff slapped him down then punked him around. Ringside that is. Atlantis also put some lost city style ass whipping on Tarzan on the floor, while Niebla's fists danced all over Tiger. Now in the ring, Niebla hit a sick looking dropkick to the knee on Tiger, but the former Silver King recovered to dropkick him off the ropes to the floor. Seconds later, Niebla came back in to dropkick Panther outside. Some sauve hip shaking and the crowd was popping big for the dancing man. A flip over Tiger's back into a crucifix led to a good near fall that was followed by a huracanrana for the actual fall. Panther and Niebla then traded sick stiff chops with more dancing from the man, but just when he was rolling, Mr. was caught in a Fujiwara armbar by Panther for the tap. Panther then took the Super Porky splash, but at the same time Tarzan hit a meltdown on Atlantis for the confusing pin. The reason it was confusing is that Plata had Panther covered for a while, but everyone just stood around looking. Then after Tarzan drove down Atlantis and covered him it still took several seconds for ref Baby Richard to put 3 on the tree. Since Tarzan was the captain of his team his pin was the one that mattered, but it looked for awhile like no one knew that rule. 12:02
