EMLL
Taped Arena Coliseo, D.F.

Dr. Wagner Jr. (C) & Black Tiger & Emilio Charles Jr. & Bestia Salvaje
vs.
Rayo de Jalisco Jr. (C) & Black Warrior & Hijo de Lizmark & Atlantis

1) Rudos route that barely lasted 2 minutes. Doc pinned Rayo following a basement dropkick that barely caught the top of Rayo's right shoulder.

2) Bad guys controlled the break between falls, but los tecs quickly took over following the whistle. Rayo briefly unmasked Doc on the floor, but wasn’t disqualified because the refs weren’t looking. Cool spot of the match was Warrior turning a catatonic by Tiger into a DDT for the 3. Atlantis then beat Charles with Goldberg’s press slam into a powerslam to bring on tercera caida.

3) Doc started this off by tearing Rayo’s mask to the point that it was not a flip top lid on his head. In the middle of the ring it wasn’t called a DQ, so I guess EMLL officials only call that rule when they feel like it. Maybe they should go to work for the NBA. Highlight of this fall was a sick suicida by Warrior on Salvaje that took them halfway up the entrance way. Rayo had a chance to pin his opposing captain after his crossbody off the top and then again after a powerbomb, but relented to punish the Bad Doctor some more. But Charles was in Charge distracting the refs with Bestia, and Doc roll shamboed on Rayo for the pin. Pretty good match with some nice sequences between Doc y Rayo and Lizmark Jr. y Tiger. 16:33

La Familia de Tijuana:
Nicho El Millonario & Damian 666 & Halloween
vs.
Los Infernales: Satanico & Averno & Mephisto
Taped Arena Mexico, D.F.

1) Nicho came out in his Psicosis mask for the first time in his EMLL run. Hadn’t seen him wear it in XPW either prior to this. He was also walking like he was Scott Hall, but he lost the mask before the opening whistle. La Familia controlled most of the fall, but was DQ’d when Halloween got hellish on Satanico with a Singapore cane after a Manhattan Drop by Nicho on him.

2) Los Infernales knocked around Halloween with the cane and broke it over his leg, which Halloween sold like crazy and the match was over for him as he took The Dark Ride back to the locker room via a stretcher. Now the second fall finally started, so LI weren’t disqualified for this. Nicho bumped his ass off in the beginning, but match was over shortly after Damien relieved him. LI worked the entire fall triple teaming and following a triple press slam on Damien, Escalation 666 low blowed Satanico for another DQ. 7:58

Los Boricuas: Pierroth Jr. (C) & Violencia & Killer & Veneno
vs.
Los Capos: Universo Dos Mil (C) & Cien Caras & Mascara Ano Dos Mil & Gran Markus Jr.

1) These guys must have pictures of someone to get their tired act on every damn show. At least it was preceded by a funny Shocker skit as he still searches for El Guapo Nuevo. And Gloria from the block is back, so this wasn’t a total waste. Los Boricuas captured the first fall as Killer pinned Markus after 1,000 elbow drops. Caras then tapped to a double armbar. All the capos had on dayglo orange outfits which looked awful. Markus was the only exempt one, thank God.

2) Caras started stiff whipping Pierroth with Pierroth’s belt, but unfortunately there wasn’t a DQ meaning we’d eventually get to a third fall. Killer and Violencia both jobbed to quad pins.

3) Pierroth’s field goal attempt was blocked by Caras who connected on one of his own and then pinned him to win the match. 12:41

AAA
Taped Xalapa, Veracruz

El Dandy & Electroshock
vs.
Zorro & Hijo de Perro Aguayo

1) Total brutalization by los rudos. Zorro got taped to the top rope and Perro was low blowed by Dandy while El Hijo de Tirantes was admonishing Shock. Dandy then hit a piledriver on Perro for a nice near fall. Near wasn’t good enough for Dandy, who decked Tirantes Jr. for the DQ.

2) Dandy took Perro outside to start the fall while Shock wore out a Singapore cane on the still taped Zorro. A couple of minutes in Shock untied Zorro while Perro still got a beat down. Perro finally rallied and Zorro punked out Shock with the cane. The pace finally picked up after more stalling than a Steve Trachsel outing when los rudos were on offense. We also finally got a regular looking match as Perro and Dandy had a decent sequence capped by Perro’s el castigo on the bald one. Shock and Zorro had a better sequence, but it was back to stallsville when Perro y Dandy returned. Perro was about to put Dandy away with his double footstomp off the top, but Mr. Aguila nailed him with a chair for the DQ. Shock y Dandy were confused by this and didn’t embrace him so he went back to attacking Perro. 13:28

Cuadrangular de Cabelleros, Toreo Cuatro Caminos:
Black Family: Ozz & Cuervo & Scoria
vs.
Samurai & Maquina 45 Jr. & Angel Star
Taped Juarez, Chihuahua

1) Didn’t air, but was a tecnicos victory.

2) Black Family rolled here in 2-1/2. Colt 45 was tapped to a sharpshooter after Star was faded by a springboard moonsault.

3) Friend to rudos everywhere Luis Salazar showed why he’s THE heel ref by choking and kicking the fallen Angel. He even held Samurai up for a spin kick. A new face ref came out after the first was dropped like first period algebra and los tecs took over. On the outside, a fan sprayed one of The Family (who are damn near impossible to tell apart) with a ton of shaving cream. Back inside Samurai tapped a Family member to an abdominal stretch, which was followed by stereo flip dives by 45 y Angel. One of The Family missed a moonsault off the top after catching Samurai’s crossbody off the top and turning it into a catatonic, so he faked a groin injury and our buddy Luis DQ’d Samurai to give The Family the win. 9:17 aired

Latin Lover (C) & La Parka & Mr. Aguila
vs.
Leatherface (C) & Jason The Terrible & Heavy Metal
Taped Xalapa, Veracruz

1) Aguila finally did a promo before this match explaining that he’s neither a tecnico or rudo, just someone who hates Perro. If it wasn’t for Parka’s entrance with “Thriller” there would be no need for Michael Jackson’s garbage to ever exist. The monsters controlled the first fall and got a quick counts on Lover y Parka from Mr. Salazar to win la primera caida. Lover following a powerbomb/neckbreaker combo from Leather y Jason. Parka after a splash by Leather off the top. Aguila was indifferent to this all, just chillin’ on the apron.

2) Parka y Lover took over right here after the monster’s mistakenly hit Metal. They also punked Aguila, who was arguing with Parka to start the fall. Leather actually tried a moonsault off the top on Lover while running the chainsaw, but Lover moved and aside from some noise pollution it did no damage even though it landed on Lover. Parka then pinned him after a legdrop off the top. Lover attempted a sharpshooter on Metal, but Aguila broke it up with a chair and Perro then came out to a monster pop and dropped him. Shock came out to attack Perro followed by Zorro and Dandy and Salazar disqualified the faces since Perro was the first of the many run-ins. Parka, Zorro, Perro, and Lover eventually ran them off and celebrated in the ring to end the show. Decent while it lasted, as Jason y Leather looked better than usual with some nice double team spots and Lover threw a couple of stiff side kicks. 8:29
