2/2 Osaka Furitsu Taiikukaikan 2 (1,400) Hikari Fukuoka & Kanako Motoya vs. Eagle Sawai & Sayori Okino (LLPW/Heisei Guren-tai team) |
|
This was just a short clip that featured Okino spewing mist in Motoya and Hikari's face. Hikari was handcuffed ,so she couldn't save Motoya from being pinned. Keith: Frustrating and pointless. This didn't spur anything new between LLPW and JWP, but instead proved just how great a negotiator Kazama is. She can't manage her own federation worth jack, but she drives a hard bargain for outsiders. Yeah, it reminds me of a line in The Negotiator (if you don't want watch a movie that has both Spacey and Samuel L. Jackson then you have no taste in actors) by the great Kevin Spacey, "I once talked a guy out of blowing up the Sears Tower, but I can't talk my wife out of the bedroom or my kid off the phone." Kazama can convince fools like the Matsunagas to let Kandori beat a few of their top stars and sit on their belt for a year, Yasha win their #2 title, and Eagle and Shark destroy the supposed 6th best women's heel team of all time, ZAP, on AJW's biggest show of the year, but her own promotion has largely been the same boring old things and matches "Since 1992."
